Followed by 'Presupuesto general de sueldos y gastos para el año de 1841, Inclusos los extraordinarios, reducido el metálico á moneda corriente', and 'Calculos de recursos, para 1841', signed Felipe Arana and Manuel Insiarte. Followed by extracts from 'La Gaceta', dated 1 January 1841, including comments on the above government message, the peace between Argentina and France, and the Unitarian party of Juan Lavalle. Dated 27 December 1840, possibly published Buenos Aires, 1841
