Petition by merchants and manufacturers from Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Cette, Le Havre, Bayonne and La Ciotat, following the damage to French production and exports caused by the commercial blockade and other interventions by France in the Rio de la Plata, dated 20 Novembre 1849. Includes lists of signatures. Followed by 'Notice sur la question de la Plata', with details of the Uruguayan army. Possibly published 1849
