Abstract
Royal proclamation, extending a previous proclamation dated 6 August 1914 concerning the postponements of payments, to also cover bills of exchange under certain circumstances and payments of debts from any bank in the king's domain. Possibly published 1914. Followed by a different document, containing tables of expenses of the Argentine government, 'Demostracion final para inteligencia del Estado que antecede en la que se omite hacer mencion de la deuda clasificada y cuentas de fondos por hallarse balanceadas por la cuenta de Tesorería', and 'Reparticion de dicha suma', signed Arana and Manuel Insiarte, published Buenos Aires, Registro Oficial, 28 December 1840
