Abstract
Despatch detailing Associate Supreme Court Justice Owen J. Roberts' decision to award $49 million to American claimants from the 'Black Tom' explosion in N.Y.C. and Kingsland, N.J. fires by German agents in 1916 and 1917. It also outlines a meeting between a British Embassy official and the State Department on the request for British claimants to also receive compensation.
