Abstract
Receipt of despatch regarding the effects of US Neutrality Act on British shipping. Reports on status of British shipping in the "combat area" with more ships being bought from American firms to meet shipping demand with the US. Norwegian merchant fleet, extension of "combat areas" threatening British trade, data on British shipping to various allied nations, "discriminatory" provisions in the Neutrality Act and Indian shipping also discussed.
