Abstract
Despatch by Victor Mallet discussing current US politico-economic situations, including reports on a House of Representatives Sub-Committee discussing President Roosevelt's request for $875,000,000 million supplementary relief appropriation and a synopsis of his perspective of a joint House and Senate Military Affairs Committees hearing on a future international crisis in Europe and its role of marginalising isolationists.
