Letter discussing UK appreciation for US-based supplies and equipment for the production of UK aircraft being exempt from Customs duty as well as the exemption of Federal taxes on gasoline and oil for Imperial Airways. A policy similar to that adopted by the UK government for Pan-American Airways in the UK and Bermuda.
