Abstract
US Navy version of the lease agreement between HMG, US and Newfoundland for US bases on certain areas of land and water in Newfoundland. It includes St John's, enumerated rights and priveleges of lease with regard to commercial utilities, rights of anchorage, freedom from duties and imposts, and military jurisdiction of naval personnel.
