Abstract
The Loan agreement between the UK and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation runs to $425,000,000. The agreement then sets out repayment and interest arrangements, as well as the delivery of collateral. Terms described for the creation of a sinking fund. Appendices included on collateral and a statistical account of share holdings.
