Abstract
Discussion of the possibility of British subjects working in the United States in aid of the war effort. Logistical changes that need to be made to make this possible. People despatched to the British Censor in New York City, as well as the British Purchasing Commission. Other agencies may require further manpower, such as the Air Force or the Ministry of Pensions.
