Abstract
Betty Wells attended William Gibbs School for Girls, Faversham, Kent from 1934-39. Book one contains her history essays, briefly marked with a grade at the end by the teacher. They cover questions from nineteenth century British and European history. Book 2 is a revision book written in pencil containing tests and other notes for subjects including history, maths and English.
