Government report to the Federal Congress, commenting on the nation's progress in commerce and the benefits of constant immigration to the nation's industry, which is resulting in the nation's steady march towards improvement and a prosperous future. With news concerning the provinces, communications and roads, colonisation, immigration, national statistics, the newly established General Archives department, the government's National Museum, the geographical and scientific studies of the Argentine territory, public lands and federal territories.
