Abstract
Laws and decrees issued by the Government of Buenos Aires, including the free navigation of rivers, the establishment of a customs office outside the city of San Nicolas, the liquidation of the old bank and payment of shareholders, the creation of a new bank for deposits, land and sea transit, transit by water and land, the repayment of cash confiscated by Juan Manuel José Domingo Ortiz de Rosas, patents laws, the exportation of gold and silver, and immigration laws. Followed by an appendix with a letter signed Dalmacio Velez-Sarsfield
