Project for the organisation of the cotton fabric industry, promoted by the government, including the formation of a society entitled 'Compañia patriotica mexicana para el fomento de la industria nacional'. Dated 3 May 1830, signed Francisco Antonio de Cendoya, Pedro Fernandez, and others. Followed by a form for subscription to the society, and 'Primera secretaria de estado. Departamento del interior. Seccion 1.', signed 'Alaman'. Possibly published Mexico City, 1830
