Pamphlet in support of the federalist plan proclaimed by Antonio López de Santa Anna in San Luis Potosi on 5 June 1823, concerning the taking up of arms against Agustín de Iturbide, the armed forces, religion, the constitution and the provinces. . Includes the sections 'Conclusion fiscal', signed Miguel Torres and dated 5 February 1824, 'Señor comandante general de este estado D.
