Abstract
Plan for a proposed federal constitution for Mexico, detailing the rights and duties of citizens, prepared by a congressional committee whose members included José Cecilio del Valle, José Servando Teresa de Mier Noriega y Guerra, and Lorenzo de Zavala, on 16 May 1823. Preceded by other plans, concerning the following: 'Cuerpo legislativo'; 'Cuerpo ejecutivo'; 'Congresos provinciales'; 'Educacion'; 'Administracion de justicia', and 'Senado'. Followed by 'Voto particular de Dr. Mier', dated 28 May 1823, signed José Servando Teresa de Mier Noriega y Guerra. Possibly published Mexico City
