Address to Spanish citizens from the Suprema Junta Gubernativa, shortly after its installation, commenting on the preceding 20 years of unrest, including the French campaigns in Spain and the deposition of the Spanish monarchy, and the role of the Junta in protecting Spain against enemies and maintaining peace.
