Abstract
Government address to the citizens of Yucatan concerning land laws, agriculture, the liquidation of the state treasury, and tariffs. Includes the following sections: 'Ley reglamentaria para la venta de terrenos', dated 28 December 1833, and 'Ley que arregla los aranceles a que deben sujetarse los tribunales superiores é inferiores civiles y eclesiasticos del estado', dated 7 January 1834, both signed José Joaquin de Torres. Possibly published Merida, 1834
