Details on US Brigadier General George C. Marshall returning from a trip to Brazil, along with General Pedro Aurelio de Góis Monteiro, chief of Staff of the Brazilian Army. Runours suggest that Monteiro is to visit Germany. In part to demonsrate military strength of the US, it shows him the best US military facilities.
