Abstract
Covering letter to articles from the Daily Commercial News on Japanese-American trade. Consul-General criticises suggestions that US should support Japanese army's occuapation on Manchuria, and evidences alleged cases of Japanese propaganda efforts to renew the Commercial Treaty.
