Abstract
Annoucement that all concerned British authorities have agreed to leasing the US land for bases on Bermuda, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Antigua, St. Lucia and British Guiana. It also suggests that there should be no postponement in construction whilst leases are being drawn-up.
