Subjects include the country's relationship with Argentina and Brazil, and France and Europe generally, and 'Lettres sur le Paraguay', discussing the government of Paraguay and its constitution, its justice system and armed forces, its population, pubic revenue, capital, commerce, rural industry, agriculture and production.
